Hazards, Heckles & Heart – Kailee’s Fight Club at Hunters Ridge

Some golf days are all about the swing. Others are about the cause. Kailee’s Fight Club managed to be about both plus a whole lot of laughter, near-misses, and garden-variety chaos (emphasis on "garden").
We set up our loudmouth lounge on Hole 1, a short but sneaky par 4 surrounded by homes, patios, and enough landscaping to turn any shanked drive into a neighborhood headline. Let’s just say by day's end, some folks may have thought they were growing golf balls in their gardens.
From the first group to the last, we heckled with love, roasted with rhythm, and did our part to make sure no one left the tee box with their ego fully intact.
Highlights included:
Driver swings that took out divots bigger than small dogs
Putts that were, somehow, sent into neighboring yards
A couple miracle shots that we’re still not sure were legal
But what made this day truly special wasn’t the ball flight — it was the reason we were all there. Kailee’s Fight Club is a community of love, resilience, and relentless positivity, and we were honored to bring some noise to an event built around such a powerful mission.
Kailee brought the sunshine, the crowd brought the energy, and Mother Nature tossed in the perfect wind to keep us on our toes.
To the fighters, the fundraisers, and the fearless foursomes thank you for having us. This was a day we won’t forget, and we hope you feel the same… especially if we narrated your tee shot like it was a soap opera.
